Communication skills training for all health care professionals facilitated by Esther Waterhouse (communication skills trainer and consultant in Palliative Medicine) and Jon Trevor (Applied Improv trainer). We use games and exercises to examine and reflect upon communication skills. Previous delegates report deep learning, which is applicable to their daily work - and that they have really enjoyed the day. All would recommend it to colleagues.
