Palliative Care for Primary Care

A series of virtual sessions will share insights into the identification of people approaching the end of life, the MDT role, and practical advice about treatment prioritisation and symptom control.

Attendees: This session is designed for general practitioners and health care professionals working in primary care based in Sandwell and West Birmingham particularly those with an interest or have a role in coordinating and delivering palliative and end of life care.
